4Works well, similar to simichrome
By Jessica Farrone
I use this to remove tarnish and dirt from antique lamps, clocks and other art-deco items that are from the 20s and 30s. I alternate between this and simichrome polish. Here is a comparison if you are trying to decide between the two:
*This product is much less expensive than simichrome. (7oz tub for 6 bucks vs 8.8oz can of paste for $25).
*This has a consistency that is creamy like sour cream vs a paste. I think it takes a little more time and effort to get comparable results, as the paste seems to go farther.
*It seems to leave a residue on some items. Objects that I thought were polished and clean tend to develop a slight film a few hours later, and require some additional elbow-work.
*It does leaves behind a brilliant glossy shine that is incredible- better than simichrome. Although for some reason, it doesn't seem to work as well as simichrome on crystal and glass.

Both products have their uses and work very well. I've been starting out with simichrome on really grungy stuff and using this more as a finishing polish. The shine is really gorgeous! Definitely a good purchase, especially for the cost.

5THE BEST METAL POLISH IN THE WORLD
By A. DeMello
Absolutely IGNORE "one star Larry" below. This product is the exact opposite of horrible. He also says Mothers is better. Mothers metal polish is like rubbing sand on your finish, a product much closer to horrible for finesse work. The description of his project (oxidized wheels with CLEAR LACQUER PAINT ON THEM) required a different product and approach. He obviously has no clue. This polish is SO good and versatile I have even used it on fine finished wood (gun stocks) and painted surfaces as well as metal. But used for its intended job - metal - there is NO better in this world. I keep a jar on my bench, I wouldnt be without it.

5Works great!!
By Elvis
I recently googled a tip on how to polish plastic headlamps for my Plymouth Voyager. They were really dull, almost yellow and ugly looking. I got a tip from a person online that he used this BlueMagic polish cream and 1000 grit wet/dry sandpaper (see below for product link) and after a few minutes of sanding and polishing, the headlamps looked almost like new! Well, he was right!! It does work!

Can't wait to try it with other items it says it polishes!
