5The Perfect Harley Davidson Chrome Polish
By DeWayne Whitaker
If your looking for the ultimate shine on your Harley chrome, this is the biggest trick in the book... Wipe it on with a suede rag, let it sit (not in the sun) for a few minutes and polish it off with a suede rag (yeah I know it'll is still wet, not dry). Do not let it dry or get on painted engine parts. This tube should last you up to a year depending on the amount of chrome... When it rains you just take a rag and wipe over any water spots that did not fall off and your done. Usually a couple of swipes... leaves the chrome feeling extremely smooth... Just a note, for your paint use the S100 WAX.
If you live anywhere in the DFW Metroplex and need it today, visit American Eagle Harley Davidson in Corinth, Texas. They have it in stock and I paid the same price that is here on Amazon. AEHOG has a sister location in Dallas, Texas as well...
One last note I use the Dr. Clean Autodry (thats right!) to clean my bike and give it that initial shine, that alone wi ll give you a great shine with no spots... I also use an air compressor to dry my bikes as much as possible, but you can use a leaf blower... this is an easy way to remove potential water spots...
Another note, if you get this on your engine parts and it dries, you'll have a heck of a time getting it off... Here is a secret, use peanut butter to remove it from those areas where you goofed...

Okay you have all my cleaning secrets now...

5Simichrome, The BEST POLISH in the WORLD
By R. Gauthier
I owned my own silverplated flatware replacement service for several years. I would buy silverplated flatware at flea markets and yard sales that looked like junk because it was so black and dirty. THE ONLY polish that would bring the silverware back and make it look almost new was Simichrome. Simichrome would actually strip one layer of the plate off of the silverware, showing the clean undamaged layer underneath. That's why you can't use it constantly on plated items. You can use it all you want on solid metals like brass and silver. It does such a beautiful job restoring things you just won't believe it. I would rub on a thin layer and let it sit and dry. Then I would take a tee shirt rag with more simichrome and start cleaning.

My husband decided to use it on the chrome exhaust pipe on his motorcycle because he accidentally laid his leather jacket on the hot chrome, and the chrome wouldn't shine after that. I told him to be really really careful, because th e simichrome might take off the chrome if he wasn't careful. And of course he rubbed too hard in one spot because he's obsessive compulsive, and it did take off the chrome in that spot. But I just swear by this stuff. As long as you know it's limitations when using it with plated items, it will restore almost anything. It is really expensive, too. An 8 oz can could cost like $35 or $40. If you have a business like I did or if you just bought a super collectable item made of brass or silver that needs heavy duty cleaning, take my word for it, spend the money. And a little goes a long way.

5Awesome product!
By Yorkie Artist
This item is an old standby product that I keep in my cupboard all the time. It cleans and polishes silver, jewelry, anything. It does not require a great deal of rubbing, just enough to get it off and buff to a shine. If you put too much on, that will take some effort. You use it "sparingly". I use the plate system to clean my silver, then, I polish and buff with Simichrome. It definitey slows down the tarnishing. Just go online and find all the wonderful uses and reviews for this product. It is one no kitchen should be without.
